The I3S 2005 conference fee include coffee breaks, lunches (lunch will include a vegetarian option), bus shuttle service and conference materials; * the student waiver includes full participation in the I3S 2005 program without any restrictions. It is hoped that this will allow undergraduates and PhD-students to participate in the I3S 2005. To attend the waiver program please send a copy of your student ID card (with picture) or any other official student identification together with this registration form. Please do not transfer your fees until you receive confirmations that your Student Waiver Application has been accepted.

Please do not forget to fill in the “Reference” field. Otherwise, we are unable to process your application correctly. As soon as the payment reaches our account, we will send you a notification by e-mail.

The deadline for the early registration period is 1 May 2005. Please bear in mind that the transfer of the fees and your registration form can take several days, especially if sent by post ( the day when the fee reaches our account or the postmark will be taken as the relevant date). After the deadline has expired, the standard fee is payable. Any additional bank charges e.g. Transfer or exchange rate fees are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Under certain conditions it is possible to pay the money on the day of arrival in cash (no credit or debit cards) at the Welcome Reception. Please indicate if you plan to pay in this way.
You can cancel your registration up to 1 May 2005 without incurring any penalties. After this date you will be charged 50 % of the conference fee. A refund after the 5 June 2005 is not possible.
