Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to contribute a paper for publication in the Special Issue “Grunwald-Winstein Equations – 60 Years & Counting”of IJMS. Papers (both comprehensive review articles and full research papers) are invited. A list of keywords and leading review and research papers can be found on the special issue website (http://www.mdpi.org/ijms/specialissues/grunwald.htm)
IJMS has agreed to a special
issue commemorating the 60th anniversary of the original
Grunwald-Winstein Equation. In recent years several papers have
highlighted its usefulness in Physical Organic Chemistry, especially
appreciating its contribution in providing information utilized in the
determination of mechanisms of reaction of useful organic compounds.
We now strongly urge you to take advantage of this forum provided by IJMS,
to submit your research articles or review commentaries on LFER’s, and
studies on solvent interactions, for possible publication in this
journal during 2008.
You may send your manuscript soon or by 1 December 2008.
Papers accepted will be published immediately. Finally, all the papers
belonging to this special issue will be gathered together in a
homepage. Therefore, you may submit your paper now. The time taken
between submission and publication can be less than 1 month now.
For review papers, the title and a short abstract can be sent to [email protected] (copy to Prof. Dr. Malcolm J. D'Souza, [email protected]) as soon as possible.

journal, papers published in IJMS receive very high publicity. This
