FIS2005 - DATES AND DEADLINES


Important dates and deadlines for authors of oral communications of posters:
  • Submission of abstracts: Monday 24 January 2005
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstracts: Tuesday 8 February 2005
  • Submission of papers in PDF format: Monday 7 March 2005

    • IMPORTANT: The authors of posters can submit full papers until the 7 March,
    even if they have not submitted an abstract before the 24 January.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of papers: Tuesday 29 March 2005
  • Final programme: Tuesday 5 April 2005
  • Deadline for paying reduced fees: Monday 25 April 2005
  • Reception of the papers in PDF format in final form: Monday 14 June 2005
Conference opening: Monday 4 July 2005. See the programme.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to do reservations as soon as possible, due to the high number of tourists visiting Paris in July. See the accomodations page.


FEES:

  • Regular participant: reduced fee 200 Euros before Monday 25 April 2005; full fee 400 Euros after Monday 25 April 2005
  • Student: reduced fee 100 Euros before Monday 25 April 2005; full fee 200 Euros after Monday 25 April 2005
  • Retired: reduced fee 100 Euros before Monday 25 April 2005; full fee 200 Euros after Monday 25 April 2005
Registration fee covers conference materials, book of abstracts, refreshments during breaks, and the gala party.
  • Accompanying person: 100 Euros. Covers refreshments during breaks, and the gala party.


Payment can be made by cheque, credit card, or bank transfer.
